It looks better rounded and more complete than Rome 2 was at launch which is positive but i can't see too much different, looks like a re-skin although then again i haven't kept up with the coverage thus far so there's probably plenty i've missed.
I'm still cautious though because of their last game, this one will rest on it's balancing, the AI not being as incompetent and broken as Rome 2's initially was and hopefully avoiding some of the stupid design choices like the civil war.
How big is the map this time? I haven't seen it in it's entirety, i'm kind of hoping they cut it down a little, the game can get hopelessly boring when you've got to slog your way through settlements to hit the victory conditions. That or having the AI sorted so they build bigger, stronger empires and are actually able to rebuild armies once you take their initial defending forces down. Get through their first batch of armies and you could steam roll the rest of the faction's settlements too easily in 2 imo.
Think i'm just gonna wait for TW: Warhammer. This looks like a mod of Rome 2.
It's huge improvement over Rome 2. Watch dev diaries.

It probably is, but Rome 2 left a bad taste in my mouth. I may get it on sale though.
Step backwards to use english voice acting. Implemented since Fall Of The Samurai: flagrant dumbing down.

It's a good decision to wait for reviews and impressions if you were disappointed by Rome 2.
I'm holding off until after release. I'm not going to gamble that Creative Assembly and SEGA learned that they need to properly QA test their games and actually finish their game before launching.
I know Rome 2 had a whole new backend for the AI and it showed throughout the life of the game. The AI in Rome 2 is now damn good but it was not anywhere like that on launch. I'm assuming Attila is being based off of that same game engine which is now all fixed up and improved, but I'm still going to wait this one out.
God. I have never seen so massive battles so far. They definitely increased the number of troops on the battlefield I hope it doesn't require a NASA PC to run it in that quality.

Rome 2 also looked looked good before its release, look how that game turned out.
@JangoWuzHere:
I'm talking about features. A lot features were removed from Rome 2 and there were a lot bad design choices as well. Of course no one knows how optimized the game will be but you can already see the improvements like skill trees, campaign map improvements, more accessible UI etc.
