The drastic increase of hardware power in the PS4 and they can't even run a PS3 game flawlessly?

I think it's becoming more and more evident that these "next-gen" consoles are suffering from a bad case of diminishing returns.

At least the PS4 can run the game. Based on what I've seen on the Xbone, the Xbone would explode trying to play TLOU: Remastered in 720p.

The speed limit sign seemed to just pop in outta no where right before those people come to the side of the road. But if that is your biggest gripe you are really grasping at straws, just like the people that go out to get this game for $50 and say it's still better than anything on the X1, lol

since you guys are blind I'm gonna give you just one example but the video is full of pop-ins everywhere, and not to mention the PS1 level of streaming with more foliage and signs popping as they go. It's incredibly distracting.

See....when driving in the dark....things like Stop Signs don't just show up a long way down the road....they only show up when the headlights shine on them.

Just got gifted 2 ps1 consoles. They will get more playtime than my ps4. Once my memory card and games I ordered ship to my house.

If you have a PS3, ignored the performance upgrades, and forgot to include the $15 DLC, sure.

tbh you notice more pop-in when the resolution increases. The 60fps shadow thing is a bigger deal imo.

I factored that in up there using Amazon. Even if you bought New you would be spending less for a PS3 version saving you money.

Also the "Graphic Upgrades" for this game are pretty miniscule. You're not missing much.

Getting used is a cop out, because (*spoiler alert*) the PS4 version will be available used too shortly, not to mention sales.

Well if you want me to actually put the PS3 price with it, you're still going to get a cheaper buy.

Since PS3 prices can be as low as $200 now and you can get far better and cheaper games. Not to mention that THAT system is STILL getting games. It'll be getting Borderlands The Pre-Sequel and Diablo Ultimate Evil Edition soon and of course Persona 5 next year. And Not to mention it obtained Dark Souls 2 early this year as well and it has games like Grand Theft Auto 5 AND The Last of Us already available and at Cheaper Prices.

PS4 is freakin' $400 and it's $450 if you get a bundle with it.

So if we factored in the PS3.

You get a 500gb PS3 WITH The Last of Us + Dark Souls 2 + Grand Theft Auto 5 + Watch Dogs + and lets go ahead and Preorder Destiny for PS3.

The Total is $456.04.

We could also replace Destiny with a 1 Year Plus Subscription that would lower the Price to $446.07 which would give you MORE games to play than what a PS4 offers on their Plus Subscription. ONCE MORE if you DON'T go that route the Plusless bundle I made right there also doesn't require Plus to play online so you can enjoy The Last of Us, Dark Souls 2, GTA 5, Watchdogs, and Destiny without paying a Trimonthly or Yearly fee.

Face it PS4 is NOT a good bargain right now. Your only defense is that the games look prettier and there's a future for the system, it's not a smart buy though.
