Thoughts on Dishonored?

Excellent game. The best game of 2012 in my opinion.

Boring and you get severely punished(bad endings) for not using stealth and/or non-lethal combat.

I was playing the GOTY edition a couple of weeks ago. It's good but it has something that turned me off. Probably the fact that it's relatively easy with OP powers(Blink is the only thing I needed to finish the game) and despite the fact that it offers you multiple ways to play the game it's as if it lures you to play in a specific way. I had to force it a little bit in many parts of the game, then I started to play the first story DLC and finished the intro and first mission. Then I finally started playing Persona 4 and got hooked to it, haven't touched Dishonored since. :P

Metro Last Light was a better stealth game, better game overall, and doesn't get nearly the amount of overhyped attention that Dishonored got.

Phenomenal Game. I have the GOTYE. One of my Top 10 of last generation.

I'm glad Arkane never included a MP portion and remained SP only.

10/10 in my opinion.

Gotta replay again for that Good Ending. I also need to play the Extra DLC that came with it.

It's a good game. But I hate how you get the bad ending for killing. I would score it 8/10, but since they punish you for killing it gets a 7/10 frm me.

I never played this game.

Overall it is decent. It is like many stealth games where the controls can get frustrating especially since the stealth isn't always user-friendly. By the end I was just going on a murderous rampage.

its good but there is something missing from the game to make it great. i think it was like 2 missions too short.

if you can get it at a discount, that would be a good pickup. btw dont play it as a hybrid. pick either lethal or non lethal

I bought the game for $15 at a PSN sale, played it for over over 15 hours so i really liked it but what i liked about it the most was the gameplay and stealth/choices but thats about it.. the story was pretty terrible and extremely predictable i mean you can see who the bad guys are from around 2 hours or so into the game and the final boss was pretty laughable.

good game, should buy at $20 or less imo
