I got the cards with the NVTTM cooler. The Windforce 3X 600w cooler bundle may be the way to go if you don't want to worry about temps too much. I just don't really care for the way it looks. The temps do jump around a lot though....

I don't think there are any aftermarket coolers for Titans, Titan Blacks, or Titan Z--just the stock Nvidia cooler (which is a pretty fucking good cooler to begin with). Think Nvidia requires third parties to use its cooler design for whatever reason.

There is a bundle with an aftermarket cooler. The catch is you have to install it yourself.

They're on the way, 6Gb GTX 780's are already available to buy in stores, even 3x of those would of been better then 2x Titan Black as you would effectively have 1 GTX 780 per monitor.

Do you not know that EVGA, MSI, ASUS, PALIT, Gigabyte, Inno3D and Gainward all have a 6Gb GTX 780 variant out?

The 6Gb 780ti is coming and EVGA are not the only vendor that are planning on releasing 6Gb variants of the GTX 780 series.

Now we just need all that expensive Titan stock to sell out so we can get the 6Gb 780ti's rolling out.

There's was no real news about the 6Gb GTX 780's until they were in store and available to purchase, silent product launches.

It's a lot of money waste on a pair of GPU's that get out performed by a couple of cheaper cards, Titan Blacks are £800 each from my e-tailer of choice.

So £1600 for a couple of cards when 6Gb GTX 780 Tri-SLI would only cost me £1200, that way I could have 1x GTX 780 per monitor.

Even could of had a couple of 8Gb R9 290x's for £1000, it's his money but to me he's only bought the cards for e-peen and not for performance.

Batman: Arkham Origins, it's okay so far.

I have a bigger plan than just 2 Titan Black superclocked cards. I am waiting for the 5960x or 5930k cpus and X99 platform to release before I buy any more gpu's. My current cpu, the 3770k cannot really handle more than 2 gpu's. So 3 780's wouldn't really be a smart move while I wait.

And you seem to be confused. Check the link I provided. The 6gb 780ti is no more. There are many different variants of the 780 though.

And that's all it is, I think as a comic book and a batman fan it has the better story of the arkham games ( though that's not saying a lot) but overall it's just a solid batman game they just loaded with stuff to do. Not great but not overly terrible. Though one section of the game feels like blegh.

Time for some DRAGON COMMANDER!!!

I actually had to restart the second act because, while I wasn't going to lose, I wasn't going to win either. I was too slow to start capturing other territories, I hadn't realized you could bring 50 gold if you saved it from the first act ("tanks" cost 6 gold each, so that's significant), and one of the enemies had basically taken another one out of the picture, capturing all their territory in the process, and controlled most of the map.

In contrast, if you work quickly, you can conquer one of the rivals in about 5 turns (1 to get all your transports to your territory, 2 to capture free territory, and 2 to capture enemy territory, including their capital)

The third act is actually substantially easier

Your 3770k should be fine with 3 GPU's as the amount of games that would benefit from extra physical CPU cores is very low. What clock speed you got it at as it should handle 3 GPU's with ease, especially when running triple monitors completely moves the bottleneck to the GPU's.

New voice guy is lame, he actually says smart mouth shit that is like No, batman doesn't do this, there are moments where he is talking to himself saying the most obvious shit. The other games had actual Batman: Kevin Conroy. Not this asshole in a Batman suit.

Well what can you do? I don't sit and bitch about every aspect of everything. I hated the voice at first but adjusted and thought the game was fine. Get through it and let me know what you think.

I mean it's aight so far. It looks like they made more Batman, as oppose to better Batman (Which is what Arkham Knight looks like).

Combat is still satisfying for what it is, and the stealth stuff is still mostly enjoyable. Although I think the encounter designs are lazier. Like a lot of just feels like the people making the game got the code for the franchise, but don't understand the nuance of how its the encounter designs that make the mechanics click. Some of the areas are just ordinary I walk in and beat up dudes, and the huddled up guards makes it easier to drop down, smoke bomb, and beat the shit out of them as oppose to methodically taking them down one by one so far.

On the flip side the first boss fight with Croc? not terrible. Not great or anything, but given how Rocksteady's boss fights are mostly garbage (sans Mr Freeze), this is an almost improvement.

Plus Jeff has been kind of sour on a lot of things lately. People love blaming Brad for that, but he was awesome hosting the podcast this recent week.

I don't really get the point of even having a batmobile in the game. It seems a hell of a lot easier to get around by flying/grappling, then driving through streets and such.

last week with matt rory was pretty good.

I'm sure the burn out from E3 and time of year is kind of sour for them.

I guess it was something that just needed to be addressed it being a batman game and all.

He's kind of been sour for awhile though.
