The Order destroys hopes and dreams of hermits

OK, this is some CGI level graphics going on here, the more I see this game the further away it distances itself from the competition in terms of pure graphics prowess. Nothing, absolutely nothing, not even UC4 comes close to this, peeps this is the TRUE nextgen graphics we've all been waiting for consoles and PC alike. And the word is we haven't even seen anything "crazy epic" from the game yet! It's blatantly obvious hermits have nothing to compete for graphics at this stage, you can render shits at 4k but would still look like a turd in 4k glory.

Pretty sure i do not care about the order what so ever,there are a few PS4 games i wouldn't mind playing but this is not one of them.

And do you honestly think any PC gamer cares about this one game when they have thousands to choose from?

Here's a revelation for you, not everybody wants to play a linear corridor action game with heavy quicktime events,plenty of other genres many of us would rather play.

I'll probably just watch a playthrough on youtube since it has no gameplay.

Too bad the game is a claustrophobic, cramped feeling, hand holding, corridor shooter with weak gun play, quick time events, and insta fail stealth sections.

They should have spent more time on things beside graphics, it's nice to see what can be achieved but at least make it fun... Ryse will probably end up being more fun than the order.

Hmmm visuals wise, that game looks incredible. No complaints at all. I want to see how it looks on my TV but it will need more than that for me to get it.

@silversix_: oh believe me I have, I've been saying this for a while. Ryse and the order are the same types of games, graphical showcases that are shallow and repetitive. But at least I got some mind numbing type fun out of Ryse when I played it(not that I own it or would pay full price for it) , the order looks like something I rather not put myself through and probably won't play at all.

Probably when you take a zoomed in screenshot of an in game model which isn't normally viewed up close in order to try and say the game looks bad.

I have no retort for this pointed out all too common occurrence in System Wars.....................................pass go, collect my investment account from Sharebuilder, and flip ALL the bird.

they're the same thing, an interactive movie, yes. The difference is that The Order has a much prettier and interesting art direction, even tho it has poor combat, you cannot beat the stupidity of Ryse's combat system. Shooting with different weapons (that can look pretty original) is much better than spamming X and auto execute with the same weapon for the duration of the game. There's no interesting enemies in Ryse either while the Order has those supernatural things that could be decent enough for your first playthrough. No way in hell The Order will be worst than Ryse... Ryse got a 4/10 for a reason.

Is sad that some people would hype this borefest more instead of Bloodborne only because it has "better graphics"

i don't believe core gamers do. The kind you see in the trailer (clueless nerds running around BestBuy and buy wtfever game is on the posters thinking its good cuz there's a big image of the title) will, though.

As a proud PS4 owner, I must say that this game will finally demonstrate the sheer power of the PS4.

As a PC gamer, I will say that The Order is c-tier trash.

I agree to an extant. You cant "samming X" in Ryse. You have to use the A button to parry or Y to shield bash enemies otherwise they dodge X after 2 tries. Does it make Combat intricate? Hell fuckin NO. But you are exaggerating. As far as enemies, from what I have seen/read The Order 1886 has Ryse beat hands down because of the supernatural enemies. Yes, as Ryse goes on there are big enemies that you must Dodge then get 1 attack in on them, but Order looks more varied. I had respect for Crytek for Ryse because, HEY! They tried something different. I'd love to see Bungie, Bethesda, Valve NOT make a FPS game. Expand your creativity. That's what makes film makers so great. Great ones branch out.
