TC, maybe Sony never got complacent, but they sure as hell got arrogant. The ps3 was over priced, they promised lies (4d, 120 fps) and games were not all that great for a couple of years. Competition is always good for an industry. Look at the ps4 because MS helped bring Sony down to earth.
