Is this at the manufacturer level, or the publisher level? I was under the impression that publishers had the same leeway on the PS4, though this could have been changed.

Activision is to blame here. They excluded Party Chat on the 360 with MW2.

There will be no drm in these games, period. As for always online, it will return one day as a option and not the rule. That's how it should have been in the first place.

This was already cleared up by MS and will not be the case.

Don't quote Cboat anymore. He is not a insider. GAF pulls out that account to DC Sony by pushing bad news on MS. He has been wrong hundreds of times in the last month.
