Horrible accident at work today. Our customer's dad fell off a 1-story roof and landed on his head. He had no pulse for around 20 seconds, but thankfully came back before we needed to start CPR. He was airlifted to Hamilton's hospital. Such a nice guy.

Unfortunately, we don't know much after he left in the ambulance. My boss is gonna call tomorrow and find out.

Seriously... None of us were close enough to react in time, but this guy stayed with us. Wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.

if its any consolation, two days ago i rescued a cat from underneath some decking by my neighbours house, then yesterday i learned the cat was put down by animal control.

so, indirectly - i killed a cat.

anyway mate, it can't have been easy to be involved in something like that. hope the guy's prognosis is all good.

A titty twister went terribly awry in Florida this week, when Thomas Matheson got carried away while "playing rough" with a two-year-old boy he was watching. Matheson told police he'd grabbed the boy's nipples while roughhousing, but claims he didn't realize he'd pulled so hard that he'd literally yanked off the kid's nipples. The boy's mother later discovered the injury, and police charged Matheson with child abuse. Doctors say the nipples are unlikely to grow back. Miami New Times has the story.

I'm really falling in love with Halo:CE. The repetition is still there, but the gunplay & AI on Heroic & Legendary is extraordinary and addictive as hell, extremely replayable. 3rd replay with a friend, and playing in co-op also makes the level design make sense. I think this is how the game was designed from the get go to be played. Playing CE on Heroic difficulty in co-op is a brilliant, 10/10 experience.

Forgive me for saying this game is mediocre. This is easily one of the greatest games ever made.

But seriously, the reason that rule exists on this forum (I think it's just System Wars) is to prevent alt accounts from trolling and spamming. Granted, we still have trolls, but at least it's just trolls that have been here for a long time actually. This way, we don't have new accounts spamming threads.

@2ndwonder: yeah, Walk, after doing 1 hour of weight lifting and cardio and by the time I got the collector's edition I have to walk all the way back carrying a big box.
