@Ballroompirate: @jg4xchamp: Yeah the game actually has a memory leak issue that's now affecting me. Game crashes eventually because it's using 6+ gb RAM. Other people are getting texture streaming issues (you could call that a bug) and people with hdds like me seem to be getting hitches due to streaming from the harddrive. First time I've got hitching like that because of my hdd, definitely exclusive to this game.

@Desmonic: lol try asking the same question (about features for the game) to console gamers and you'd have people asking to give snake a bikini costume.

Yeah, there's a lot wrong with the game. But the game also does a lot of nice things compared to other Assassin's Creed games. If this was the first or second time with an Assassin's Creed game, I feel like I would have just been loving it.

The mission design with assassination missions is the best part of the game and they know it. These missions are plentiful, at least one in each sequence which is good. Some are a lot better designed than others but there aren't any problems with that. Visually the game is stunning, looking at the buildings as you're walking down a street in Paris is amazing and one of the first things that stuck with me about the game.

But yes, the parkour is shit. The descend button is a godsend but too often am I running through a street, I plan to go through a window, and then I'm just a little too close to a wall and Arno decides to start running up that instead. And the stealth... Woof. Once someone sees you eight to twelve peeps just come over, swarm ya, shooting you, and my goodness the combat was more frustrating than fun.

And the story was shmeh.

@Zassimick: plus people act like Arno is a good character. He's like jolly the first twenty minutes, then he's a sad, quiet, typical video game character the rest of the game, aside from when he's boning Elise.

@Blabadon: it definitely felt to me like they were trying to make Ezio 2.0. :P it was fine but I never cared for Arno.

Pokemon Rumble World is crap, I've come to the conclusion that that game is one of those games where I think too many daft corporate decisions were made, feels like there's too many flaws, having you think "Not sure how they got away with this shit."

Meh I'm still getting the PS4 version. Started MGS on PlayStation and I'll gladly ended this series on PS4. Never really played any MGS outside PlayStation brand, not gonna start now. Let's just say that I'm only doing it for Kojima.

Pokemon Rumble World got 56 Meta score and since this is a Pokemon spin-off, I wasn't expecting much. Glad I avoided that crap.

Yeah man they're going to be sorting through so much bullshit for a few good suggestions. And of those good suggestions only a handful might be implemented in time.

A lot of people are asking for custom music though and I'm definitely on board with that. Seems like a reasonable enough request.

Took a look at previous Fallout games like 3 and new Vegas and compared them to 4.

The difference is huge, I couldn't believe my eyes how bad those look right now.

Really want a remaster of those two. New Vegas was such an amazing game I want obsidian to make a new one after 4 at least.

In other news, it would appear the Dead Kings DLC for AC:Unity is a more "end-game" add-on per say. However, when I innocently started it just after Sequence 4 I knew none of that :P

Despite that, so far, it's the most fun I've had with the game. Since combat is harder than in the main game (remember, I'm only at Sequence 4) it forced me to figure out other entry points and solutions for the missions other than "run into bad dudes, counter bad dudes, kill bad dudes, repeat". So it actually forced to use the map as a proper sandbox and use my bombs and stuff.

Honestly, I kinda wish the game was a lot more like this. Less NPC's, interesting enemy positioning at critical points, fewer but far more interesting and satisfying side-missions (yes, the side story also has side-quests! :D), levels designed to use different tools (actually making it harder if you don't try to use them), light simple story and a nice varied map with great visuals (the basilica/cathedral in the area is gorgeous). Also, money. Loads and loads of money! Got my Arno pimped with near max armour and weapons while still being a very low level character overall! (yet another thing that needs to change, kinda pointless if you can break the equipment system early on).

So yeah. Most fun so far was with Unity was with a drastic change from the philosophy of the main game :P GG Ubisoft!

FInished Dead Kings. Pretty good! A lot more focused than the misery that is the main game. Now to tackle that monstrosity :P

Been watching some old T.V shows on Netflix. re-watching Heroes since the new one will air this fall, [Heroes Reborn] and watching Power Rangers season one and my God, it age horribly, can't believe the whole Teenage superhero was a thing in the 90's lol.

Watching Deadman Wonderland anime again. last time i saw it was 2013 and lots of things didn't make since and they still don't.

The soundtrack is as amazing as i remember and the art and animation are also good.

So anyone who understands why Shiro is free roaming without anyone telling her what to do? Why Tamaki doesn't do anything? Why Takami yoh doesn't tell Ganta of her otherself? This anime is good but feels rushed.

I ordered the first volume online to give this manga a try and see what the anime is not explaining.

BTW episode 7 when Shiro jumps out at the end and then stands smiling and you hear "Kshhhh" gave me freaking goosbumps and i just went along and imitated her. something about that smile is of course evil and smug and love it haha

Definitely giving the manga a shot and seeing that ended a year ago is the perfect chance for me if i like it to finish it in one week.

Your not alone on this one, I watch Deadman Wonderland when Toonami first came back to CN. Deadman Wonderland only had 13 episodes but the reason why was the fact that the Manga sales were poor in Japan, they can only do 13 episodes and that's why it was pretty rush and ended with a cop-out. I have the DVD box set, but never read the manga, I heard that the Manga Deadman Wonderland took a hiatus and I kinda lost track on weather it continues or not.

Doing more and more of the side stuff in City

1: I am not even close to being converted on my stance that side missions suck, because while the context effort is appreciated, what you actually do is boring as hell. Go hop scotch across buildings to get to a phone, go pixel hunt this block of a city, go find random shit to blow up that takes a whopping 30 seconds when you get there so all the gameplay time is you traversing the city.

2: There is no argument for City's structure over Asylums. It has provided zero benefit.
