Who cares if their games go multiplat? They still get to play them...

"fact?" for all we know they already somewhere in development, which im sure HAS BEEN on the PS3, so if anything the 360s gettign the port.

So ppl did feel threatened by the other petition after all. lol These petitions hardly accomplish anything. Capcom is putting them multiplat cus they are in a not so good shape and they hardly keep exclusives (RE 4) they will bring it regardless the other petition says ''don't'' , but don't think it will be because of this one either.tegovoltio

I agree that these petitions will probably not influence the decisions of developers, but the "Boycott Capcom" apparently had enough of an effect that it is making news stories and was even adressed by Capcom. The purpose of starting the "Support Capcom" petition is more about making a point that most gamers support multi-patform games. If it happens to make it to Capcom execs, good. I'm a 360 owner myself, but would have no problem if Lost Planet and Dead Rising went to the PS3, Wii, or PC. In fact, I think they should be able to enjoy those games, which is why it makes me angry to see the selfish, egotistical, and immature "Boycott Capcom" petition gain popularity. So I created one for more enlightened, "share the wealth" gamers.

I think you can better "support" Capcom by actually buying their titles.thinicer

And I will when DMC4 comes out. Boycotting the PS3 version will only backfire and hurt sales on that console, so Capcom will actually be less likely to make PS3 exclusives. Funny how that works, isn't it. Although I don't think a few extreme fanboys will make a dent in sales and they'll only be hurting themselves by not getting it.

when on the other had you have a company like valve releasen half life 1, 2, episode 1 and episode 2 in a set to help the 360 users catch up. half life 1 was on the ps2 but that really doesn't matter does it.

Anyone who is honestly upset about DMC going multiplat is a pure fanboy, it's not like you're actually getting less.  It's the fact that someone else is getting more, and you can't brag about what you have anymore.
