Street Fighter IV sequel 'practically confirmed'

OXM UK reports that a sequel to Street Fighter IV has been 'practically confirmed'.

The news comes fromcapcom's Japanese Q&A blog, which also talks about new additions such as Rolento being added to the cast and Gouken's daughter as a potential character.

I wish they made a new Marvel vs Capcom in SF4 style, cause M vs C > SF :P

I loved playing with Rolento in Alpha, sweet.

Ew id rather them just add some people in dlc....or even add some people in dlc and make a new game....screw it i just want Deejay wether its DCL in this one or right away in the next one. And it would be nice if they added the balacning that was in HD remix where ever person with out a projectile move had the light versions of one of their moves projectile proof -.-'

i hope they fix the timing. it felt a little off in sf4 (especially after i had just finished playing sfa3 on ps1)

So it begins. Instead of sticking to DLC, Capcom will continue their tradition of re-releasing Street Fighter games...

In 5 years we will have the equivalent of SSF4: Turbo HD Remix.
