Then again, I think I played Tenchu: Wrath of Heaven at least 5 times. We all have our guilty pleasures I suppose.

Mass Effect (trilogy) and Oblivion immediately spring to mind.

There aren't many games that I've finished more than 5 times... The only ones being Half-Life 2 (over 10 times by now) and Bioshock.

Let me see, there's:

RE4, OOT, Chrono Trigger, Tales of Symphonia, Twilight Princess, Link's Awakening, Dead Space, Streets of Rage/2/3. The only ones I can think for now. A lot of the games I beat I only replay them once.

Resident Evil 4, Resident Evil remake, Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City, No More Heroes, No More Heroes 2, Lollipop Chainsaw, Spyborgs... may be some others I'm forgetting. Beaten RE4 and RE countless times.

Resident Evil 4, Uncharted 2, Red Dead Redemption, Diablo 3, uhhh...I dunno.

Off of the top of my head:

Super Mario Bros. (original game)
Super Mario Bros. 2 (whatever the one with Mario, Luigi, Peach and Toad as playable characters)
Every Pokemon game up to Emerald (besides Ruby)
Uncharted 1&2
Medal of Honor: European Assault

Call of Duty 3
Super Mario Sunshine
Borderlands (counting New Game+; even not counting it, I'd be around 4 or 5 regardless)

Those are the ones that stick out the most to me right now. I know I beat a ton of gameboy and gameboy advance games countless times, but I can't remember many specific ones off the top of my head. While I've played a decent number of the games from last-gen many times, it's nothing compared to how many times I would beat my older games. I probably beat Big Red One 20 or so times, and I stopped trying to count how many playthroughs I had in pokemon.

5 times? Not many.. I think I only did that during my childhood. From what I remember:

Since those times, I dont think I've played anything more than two or three times, and even then very very few times.

Uncharted series I went through twice and I've gone through Halo 1/2 more than once I believe.

I actually don't mind shorter campaigns if they are quality for this very reason. I much prefer a tight, good difficulty curve, over length. In the end its more value because I'll go through the game many times.

Dragon Age Origin guys? Really? How can you tolerate the Broken Circle Sloth Demon quest again and again? I just did it for the second time and it's still a pain in the ass that gives me headaches.

In recent years, Rainbow Six Vegas 2, Fallout 3, Halo 3, Mass Effect 1, Aliens vs Predator, and Halo CE all come to mind. I played through the original Halo more times than any other game that I've ever played...

Mass Effect, Halo 1 & 2, Baldurs Gate, Gold Box Series, KOTOR1&2, pretty much all the XCOM's.

Honestly there's very very few non RPG or multiplayer games that people should play that many times through unless they are really short.

There are so many Genesis, NES, and SNES games I played that I've forgotten. The neighborhood kids used to trade those cartridges like they were baseball cards.

That many times? Arkham City and Asylum. The gameplay was just too much fun in both of those. I buy new games constantly, so replaying any game that much is very rare for me.
