Frostbite is butter, it runs on anything. I can imagine this game running on 4k with a 980.
Not to mention the textures and geometry were captured with photogammetry so the maps are more texture heavy than anything, there isn't much going on in these screenshots.
But but but 99.99999999% PC gamers won't be able to run the game on high settings. And I'll continue thinking that because it makes me feel like I'm playing superior version on Consoles and it helps me sleep at night.

The whole time @nyadc said a 295X2 can run the game at 4k/Ultra/60FPS, he also said that 2 290X's are about as powerful and cost a lot less. He said all of this in post #31. It took you until post #47 to understand it. That's how much of an idiot you are.
No...the communication breakdown was when he linked the benchmark of a 295x2 and then immediately linked a 290x. It looked as if he was trying to pass off that single GPU as the 295x2.

it does. FROMSOFT team has never heard of modern visuals, they're still optimizing on a pentium 4... Now of course the Souls series is one those that you could say gameplay>>>>>>>>>>>graphics because the gameplay is that good but can we get a good looking Souls game for once? I don't think so. Atr first, the team was too small and poor graphics were understandable (back in demon's souls/dark souls days) but wtf is up now?

Fact is that Starwars Battlefront is running on Frostbite 3, its MP limit is 48 means that the game isnt going to be hard to run.

You can tell straight away from any footage of the game. The environments are very minimalist. They're photoreal but there is very little "nonsense" that would bog down performance. Add that to the aforementioned aspects... Yeah, probably pretty damn light for something this good looking (I'm not that impressed though).

His end argument consist of saying the cheapest way to get those screens (BF at 4K) is to spend $600 on 2 year old GPU technology alone.
The fact that I take on 5 or 6 hermits at a time and still come out on top is testament to just how janked up the perception of PC gaming is around here.

No? Don't be so sure about yourself, Halo 5 looks last gen and comparable to Halo 4/Destiny ON xbox 360.
It shares a lot of visual similarities with Halo 4 and Destiny no doubt but if you actually start looking around it's considerably more advanced and the scale is much larger. All around the beta was a 720p stress test on an unfinished game and the media for Halo 5 hasn't exactly been forthcoming, we need to wait and see.
P.S. Destiny, Bloodborne and Halo 4 all run at 30 FPS, this runs at 60, big difference there.

and so is BB compared to other Souls games, much more detailed. Textures may not be 'next gen' but saying that it'll run easily on a 10y old console when a ps4 had trouble is just dreaming.
