LOL I know spike tv awards are pretty much something to laugh at.

but still, their stupidity doesnt stop to amaze me.

I've learnt not to take VGA seriously a long time ago

And since when did they care about PC titles? They probably just judged the console verison.

I never saw the show since I'm from Switzerland but everything I heard so far about it, is, that's it's pretty much just a contest about popularity and that PC games are almost totally ignored, so I'm not really surprised :S

In Spike's defense, they only really judge the console versions. The whole show is about consoles, hence why they conveniently exclude PC.ducati101

Seems like they're missing a lot of catagories to me. What about Best puzzle game? Best platformer? Best Simulation? Best Zombie game? Just a few ideas.

Mainstream public doesn't care about PC gaming. Sad but true.
