Sony is the undisputed champ in power adapters/cords

For four generations this same power cord has been used on Sony's systems without any real challenge. Nothing can beat its simplicity and space saving shape. It's pretty much a no contest.

I prefer having an external power brick, because it keeps the size of the actual system small. It's always laughable seeing people comment on how "small" the PS3 Slim and the PS4 are.

Nintendo tends to do it right, although Microsoft goes way overboard (although it's mostly due to do bad industrial design). The worst however are those who have the power brick merged with the plug itself. Makes it a nightmare to find a place to connect to it.

well the ps3 cord was grounded unlike the ps4s. and why does this matter?

So what's the point of this thread TC?And sorry, but I will have lock this thread since and you have not really explained why sony's power adapter beats nintendo's and microsoft's power adapters.
