imo if they make it like the Switch in that it's a handheld that hooks up to the TV, then they should call it the Vita 2, since the Vita did that as well. They will do whatever will make it seem less like they are copying Nintendo, like how the PS Move was made to emphasize the similarity it had to that PS2 eyetoy peripheral. That downplayed the wii similarity.

I tell you what it is: It's an other flop

Seriously, this is the type of shit that makes me fallout with SONY.. I try to give them a chance and they always take bizzare ass routes.

VR was a mistake, and so will this if they try to enter the handheld market again.

PSnow was also another mistake.

Anways , Sony proved thru the years they never letting down their consoles for whatever reason so taking games away from PS4 is not happening. Never happened before never will whatever the case.

So , let em have another try in handheld gaming , besides any kind of monopoly is a bad thing. What im really curious though is if theyll copy Switch and make their new handheld play on TV as well.

the thing is...

nintendo invented both the handheld and console market. so they can do whatever they want.

look at the vita... gravity rush, uncharted golden abyss killzone mercenaries, tear away...all cool games that could have been on ps3 or ps4....it wasnt until vita died that those games came to console.
sony might hold back some cool AA games again for the vita2.

im not saying the ps4 will suddenly turn to shit and not get any more games but it definitely will not be getting as many as it would.

as for letting them try at handheld gaming again.... i have no problem with this except that their handheld is a switch copycat. making me think its being made purely to cash in on people that are looking at the switch or something similar.

i say make your own design or your own innovation instead of copycating nintendo. it pisses in the pool.

Sony has been following nintendo since the ps1 so I see this thing coming out it's probably gonna be what the ps5 looks like japan is big into tablets same with the USA its next logical step where it just docks to play on a TV
