These consoles are good enough and I have better things to spend my money on. But I guess when you realize your virginity will always be there until you bang a tubby, your PC is all you got. If I turned into a hermit, my wife would fucking laugh at me. Can't say I would blame her either.

Stay classy

Proper grammar is always important. Just think of what a clueless asshole you look like trying to shit on someone while being barely able to form sentences.

And that my friend in the end, just makes you look special.

trololing 101.

Is that meant to be an insult?

#56 Posted by nervmeister (15325 posts) -

Feels a bit like a veiled insult from Sony.

"Yeah. Sure the rest of Microsoft's brass are a bunch of dead-eyed corporate suits with about as much empathy for the consumer as a tarantula has for a mouse. But hey, at least they have one individual with actual humanity in a position of power in their ranks for once! A cookie for you, Microsoft."

Though I could be reaching a bit.

That's great. I am laughing at you right now.

I am drunk, and can still tell the difference between your, and you're.

I guess your wife likes people who are slightly behind the curve.

That is okay, everyone has standards.

Or maybe it was just my iPhone fucking my sentence up with auto correct. I only responded that way because any time somebody is weak in a debate, they use grammar as a last resort.

And thank you for telling me you are drunk. It must make you feel really cool. I bet you drink shitty alcohol too.

So basically you have nothing for a rebuttal.

It is okay, the Special Olympics needs more athletes.

In the mean time, your wife probably needs more oxygen deprived company.

What do I honestly need for a rebuttal? Arguing with Lostrib is at least somewhat entertaining. You on the other hand are just plain boring. Cheer some more though.

all I like? WTF does that mean? Speaking of grammar.

And I paid $400 for some entertainment in between work and family time. There are far more important things in life than overpriced entertainment such as a Gaming PC. I mean honestly. Who in the fuck cares?

Another endorsement for what is widely considered a good promotion. MS needs to great leadership going forward to reverse their backwards trajectory in many of the markets they Want to compete in. Even MS knows the days of endless piles of Windows and Office money are numbered. Spencer - by all accounts - sounds like he's the guy to get his corner of the empire back in order again, and it always helps knowing the new CEO is committed to the XBox brand going forward.

@Vecna:

Like I said. You are boring. Now go masturbate to your high resolution porn on your overpriced Gaming PC. Life obviously dealt you a bad hand and it is all you have.

Do you want to know how pathetic, PC gamers are? I used to have this babysitter for my 2 year old. She was a 400lb fat chick. My girlfriend is also her supervisor. When her nerdy man would come see her at my house, he would bring his whole fucking rig with him.

I know rig is a large word for you. Do not worry, your lesbian wife can translate for you.

Do not get upset pS4 gamer, specs are fine to talk about when you ignore pc.

@Murderstyle75 It seems like you really have a chip on your shoulder towards PC gamers dude. You are dangerously generalizing all PC gamers as fitting a certain criteria or stereotype. We all aren't fat slobs, basement dwellers, etc. I would think I live a fairly active lifestyle myself, spend time with my gf (even though she's annoying at times...), and I love to hang out & BBQ with my friends all the time. But when it's time to game, I prefer the PC platform nowadays because I have the option of increasing my gaming performance. Thus, achieving a better game experience, in my opinion. It's a preference. It really is no different than someone preferring to stick to consoles for gaming (I also game on consoles). We all have different reasons for a our choices.

#86 Posted by Murderstyle75 (4412 posts) -

@remiks00:

The chip on my shoulder has more to do with the System Wars mentality. The whole PC Master Race thing is just very annoying. And with the mentality of a lot of them here, it's very easy to associate them with these stereotypes.

Just because people don't buy into PC. It doesn't mean they don't care about power or shouldn't talk about it. Even when paying $400 to $500. They want it to be as powerful as it can be.

Just like I'm a pretty big audio inthuesist. For my gaming, movie and music needs. An Astro Mixamp and Sennheiser HD598's do me just fine. But then you get some of these audiophile douche bags who look down on you like a peasant if you aren't using something like Denon DT7000's. It's really no different then this mentality of PC superiority.

Could I afford a Gsming PC? Certainly. It's just not that important.

The damage done to the Xbox brand was caused by poor marketing and not by the console itself. Its going to take a little hard work by a guy like Spencer to improve public relations and spread the message that Xbox is an interesting product that can evolve with its consumers. Iv'e bought into this guy because he sounds genuinely interested in the future success of the X1.

I think Phil will do just fine. I was a bit skeptical about him at last years E3, but he has changed my opinion. Now that I've learned more about his past and history at Microsoft, I have a bit more respect for the guy.

Everyone call M$ reps idiots and killing the brand, that's definitely not the case for everyone at Microsoft. I think they weeded out the bad when Mattrix and Adam Orth left. Their reveal was obviously flawed, but the turnaround has been impressive. Microsoft wouldn't be making billions in profits each quarter if they weren't a lot of smart people working there. Meatime Sony continues to lose billions under Kaz Hirai's leadership. If he still has a job there in 2015, I'll be surprised. The PS4 is really the only positive we've seen from Sony in awhile.

I'd question that assertion tbh. No matter how much anyone could try, they could never polish the turd that was the pre-180 Xbone. Hell, even the post-180 Xbone is a challenge.

#95 Posted by always_explicit (3048 posts) -

Well I can only speak for myself but I like the concept of the pre 180 Xbone, but I really saw where that concept could go, I am not sure everybody could. Some marketing and an easily digestible explanation could have gone a long way. I am not naive enough to suggest it would have worked, but it certainly would have helped.
