I would easily take games like Ni No Kuni, Bioshock 3, or Tomb Raider any day over that list (maybe with the exception of mario, but then again I have like 40 of those :p)

I just wish it didn't require so much money to get one, and some games.

I just can't justify spending $400 to get a Wii U, and a game when I can get a few dozen games on my PC for that price.

When people say it has no games..  I think they mean it has no games to justify even buying the console in the first place.  

It obviously has games, just not enough to justify a purchase for the vast majority of gamers.

The head start is not much of a great start really. I'd be a worried Wii:U fan knowing that all the greatest games and engines are elsewhere.

Halo 4 getting AA on metacritic is a big flop. A Halo game averaging less than 50k players per day just months after a launch is another flop. I am shocked how fast 343 ran micro$ofts flagship into the ground.

not to mention non of the DLC has even hit, nor will it hit, the WiiU.

Heck, Activision didn't even make the Microphone that's built in the Controller capatible with the game. You had to go buy your own Headset (Earplugs with mics about $5 at retail) to talk to people in the game, even though you really shouldn't have to had they implemented the tech.

BLOPS II on the WiiU is the weakest version and this is coming from a guy who owns it for the WiiU.
