Recently there have been many rumours springing up regarding the alleged revival of the Silent Hill franchise. The IP has seen very little output since the cancellation of Silent Hills back in 2015. In recent weeks and months however, it appears as though Konami has been preparing for a comeback – with the publisher most recently creating an official Silent Hill Twitter page.

Theres been plenty of rumors surrounding here. twitter account has been created.

hopefully its cancelled version that was first person. not a fan of silent hill but this was looking cool until it got cancelled.

regardless, i want to see some super AAA ps5 horror exclusive, would be nice. still need to finish SIlent hill 4 though +_+

I played Silen hill 2 back on the og xbox or 360, don't remember which. Outside of puzzles, i never understood what was the hype about.

For me it's the story, atmosphere and characters that makes the Silent Hill series great. The gameplay is the weakest part but the psychology behind some of the games are top notch.

Rumors get spicy here though.
