It is fake. I would imagine them working on a console for a while, and they announced a Sonic racing game and a Sonic 2D game for other consoles, so it is obviously fake.

Sony released the slim to some random shop, it is possible. And some frenchies got ODST early.
That would destroy Sega, and Sega would be barred from making games on PS3 and Wii, as those two companies don't allow console competitors to make games for them. (of course, there have been 3rd party work arounds in the past.)
Had SEGA planned a new console, they would announce it in a very official and outward manner. And I highly doubt it will be a "Dreamcast 2." Like Nintendo, SEGA doesn't do "sequels."
In all likely hood its thw Dreamcast games coming ot PS3 as was revealed in teh Leaked Sega Document revealing their plans to release Dreamcast gamese on teh PS3 along wiht sonys plans to release PS32 games on there as well
