If hard drive is an issue then can easily make it an option to load something to the hard drive. Those that do not have a hard drive wouldn't be able to do it. There are some Ps3 games that do that as an option and do you know why? These games are like 5 gigs but the ps3 have this massive media so they have no choice or else long load times.

Look at Fight Night and SC they take forever to load on the PS3. Oblivion copied 4.5 which is  the whole game to the Ps3 HD to reduce load time but what would happen if all games did this? The 360 has no problem in this area and GTA is not that type of game. It will play just fine on the 360 with or without a hard drive.

Actually the GTA games that came out on the XBox about year or so later were actually better then the PS2 verison. At least graphically it was better. I have a feeling both games will probably end up with the same scores.

So basically that whole article you've posted is an scan of a magazine called Playstation world and its from the UK no where does rockstar or any one associated with rockstar say whats at the top of the article.
 
Most namely the whole Ps3s hard drive and cpu will make it a better game...ect and in your face microsoft....so who should we believe?
