PSN Accounts being Hacked through FiFa 14

Apparently a bunch of FiFa 14 players are complaining on Twitter that their accounts are being hacked and charged with $150 on the wallet... What is Sony doing with the money they are charging for PSN who knows but I thought they would improve the security.

This happened to me with my 360. My account was hijacked but I hijacked it back. In the process, I lost all my friends ( and I can't remember every character in their names to find them) and they spent $120 dollars of my cash and on my recently played it listed fifa (which I don't even own)

has xbl even dropped once since the launch? I know they were down right before for a few but that was obviously due to them switching over networks I assume or last minute maintanence, probably a network decision. Has been rock solid. It's already implemented. Anybody that has tried to alter account information should be aware of the new security measures.

Sony has a history of being negligent when it comes to protecting their network from hacks. Don't blame me blame them for having a history that I can reference. You can't separate Fifa from PSN because it is on Sony's system. EA is just as culpable so they don't get a free pass. If Sony/MSoft and EA can't get a handle on where the problem lies immediately the game should be pulled from play until it is resolved.

This stuff happens every year I feel with FIFA (both on XBL and PSN).

hey news flash. hackers are good at hacking. There will always be hackers. No system is fully secure. blame the hackers. only blame sony or ms if their response to the hacking is inadequate (i.e. the whole PSN being down for months fiasco)

yawn! been on xbox live for just about 10 years, xbl has yet to be hacked for millions of credit card information and shut down
