Not sure if it was shared before, but here it is. Based on the comments I'm reading on this video, Sony took WAY too damn long, although consider me surprised after what happened to the devs.

Anyone think it's kind of odd to see this on the day of the SSB4 ND though?

Do people still play this online ?

Anyway, I hope they make a sequel soon, there were some good ideas in the game waiting to be expanded, and the concept is sound.

Is it finally coming?

It's a pretty excellent handheld game, all things considered. The characters unfortunately are the biggest issue - some are just too strong and the developer's idea of balance was making everyone overpowered in their own way

I played it on the Vita and liked it, but Smash Bros 3DS will kick its butt cheeks up and down the GameStop aisles.

Still haven't played this yet, might have to at least rent it.

supposedly, the community on the VITA is very active, but its pretty dead on the PS3

this is on the ps3...it offers no opposition to smash bros for on next gen 3ds or wiiu.

The game was good except for the goal. Having to use supers as the only way of scoring felt unbalanced and unfun.

Having said that, this update is extremely impressive. The thought and care put into the balances is quite exceptional for a game like this. I'll have to try it out gain with the changes.

Me and a friend recently played online and it doesint seem dead escially with people who are 999.

They are way too late, I deleted it off my Vita months ago.

The game sucks. They need to work on the presentation and the lackluster story mode. The game has a generic look, a bad roster, and no content. Fix that before you fix anything else.

I don't think the roster is bad at all. I think the gameplay is the mistake, limiting people's way to win a fighting game is never a good idea.

I'm assuming the multiplayer isn't cross-platform, i.e. vita players can fight versus PS3 players?

This is like £10 on amazon. Might pick it up.

I looked it up and it seems vita players can paly with ps3 players.

It a great thing that the developers listened ... it's more of sending a message and a very nice gesture from Sony.

I enjoyed this game, though not as much as Super Smash Bros. IMO the only really bad thing about it aside form the weak Arcade mode was the KO system it's self. I didn't like not having any actual health, the special attacks were great but it was still an odd design choice. They also needed some more characters, like Cloud and other Final Fantasy characters. Same goes for Spyro, Crash Bandicoot, Snake etc....basically characters that were important to the PlayStation System, regardless if they were exclusive or not. The online was great though.

I know the game got a lot of hate, but it was a lot better than the haters gave it credit for. It's one of my most played Vita titles!
