PS4 now lets you vote for the next PS+ game!

Sony and PS4 are easily on a roll this generation!

Sony is about to introduce a new feature for PS4 owners where everyone are going to vote for the next game they want to be available for free via PS+ while the other titles to be discounted

Lame, only 3 choices. And if those 3 games are the first games people vote on for September, it's really poor choices.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't this a downgrade from what they currently do? Right now they offer 2-3 three games for free, but now they're reducing it to 1 that we vote from in a selection of 3?

I'm calling it now, GWG offers you to vote between two games, 4 times a year! Will be the best thing since kinect!

The amount of games received will remain the same. According to this, the game you vote for, will simply be added to next month's roster.

This is the illusion of choice, all three games will make their way into the PS+ rotation anyway at a later date, you just to pick which one comes first.

Not a bad idea but it's misleading trickery intended to make people think they're empowered, in other words it's a marketing tactic.

Sony actually cares about their fanbase.

This is a really cool initiative for PS+.

This is a great deal for those who actually purchase these smaller titles on a whim; helps you to better plan your spending $$$. Kudos Sony.

That's a great idea. One game is still a mystery for Sony to announce while the other is chosen by the fans so you have an idea throughout the month as to which you'll be getting. Can't wait to see if there's going to be 3 AAA games to choose from.

Good idea, but can't say I'm a fan of it. Like on Steam sales when they allow voting I'll assume that very particular types of games will get chosen.

To be completely honest it is a 'limited' choice, considering we don't get to choose from a larger selection but just 3..

Not a bad idea, but would have been much better if Sony let us choose from a larger selection, including many non indie titles.

This better not be a way of reducing how many games we get a month; I'm loving my 6 games per month as I have a vita ps3 and ps4

Giving us a vote is cool but if its a vote out of 3 games the company chooses its not as cool as it could be. Take this coming month, I would rather vote for head lice on my neighbor than any of those.

Terrible idea, under no circumstances do I want a "free" game to be decided by the mainstream gaming audience, least of all the PS4 audience.

Being able to vote between a bunch of indie games isn't nothing to be excited about imo. I'd love to try out The Order 124709124, but I don't want to pay for it.
