PS4 controller PC?

Hi. I am getting elite dangerous on Thursday hopefully and was wondering if you could use the PS4 voice using the mic on the controller for voice commands in game on PC?. Also is it just plug and play to use the PS4 controller or are there some official drivers?. Thanks.

No you download and use something called voice attack,which is what most people are using for Elite and Star Citizen.

As for the PS4 Controller Monseieur is right i think you have to use Motion Joy it is not plug and play.

Voice attack and the 360 pad is a much simpler option

motionjoy is garbage, and i am being generous.

Search for xinput wrapper, no voice commands but the controller works perfect.

Been using DS4Tool since the day ps4 came out. Works perfectly and super easy to install

I have the XboxOne controller , can connect it via Mini-USB cable and works pretty well with any game , how do u connect the DS4 ? Supports all games?

When I used my PS4 controller on my PC, that is the program I used. It worked pretty much flawlessly. You can even use the trackpad to control the mouse.

yeah support any games. you can connect through bluetooth or the usb cable that came with the console. i personally use usb cable because syncing the controller for pc and then ps4 is a pain in the ass.

As others have mentioned, DS4Tool is perfect. Never any fuss whatsoever, it just works.

OMG. I tried the small usb cable in my Xbox one controller and it didn't fit so I left it. For some reason yesterday after this topic I tried again and it fit for some reason. I plugged it into PC usb 3.0 and installed no problem.
