PC first because of all the games, the options to customize, steam, KB+M, graphics, etc.

360 second because of Forza, Halo, and some other games like Tales of Vesperia, Lost Odyssey.

Games are opinions. Whatever console interests you the most. For me, I say PS3 all the way!!!
