PS3 online can you rent movies?

On XBL you can rent movies and buy TV shows will you be able to do that on PSN? Also for TV shows I don't think NBC, CBS, or ABC shows will be on PSN since they don't like Sony.

You can't watch full TV show or New Movies on youtube.

Maybe you missed it when the TV show aired on Free TV and you don't want to wait for the rerun to appear many months from now. Oh and not running to the Blockbuster on a rainy night is welcome.
