PS3 was by far my favourite platform of last gen but even I agree with GS that Zelda deserved GOTY this year. It's excellent. TLOU was great and all but the gameplay wasn't amazing (although it was still well made and functionally served the narrative). TLOU was more of an experience to Zelda being more of a game.
unless he's talking about Gamespot only then he's right because from 2008 and 2012 Gamespot's Game of the Years have all appeared on the PS3.

I thought it was great, in a thread about GOTYs you accidentally brought up one of the worst exclusive flops. I put in a spoiler above but I'm not sure you caught it.
It was almost a freudian slip bringing up LAIR to this particular thread, you know, where you say one thing and you mean a mother lol.
Also, how can Demon's Souls and Uncharted 2 both be 'consensus GotYs' together? Both came out at once, if there was any sort of consensus, it's either one or the other.

MGS4 so overrated, and I can say that now without baiting since finally picking up a PS3 last year and getting that game. I could only handle 20 minutes of it and became completely annoyed with it's gameplay. This is not how I remember Metal Gear solid games.
Metal Gear Solid 2 on PS2 was one my favorite games of all times. MGS4 plays nothing it like to me.

Actually that's quite the opposite. PS3 was last in 3rd party game sales last generation....... The consumers thought the PS3 was crap and a 3rd option for gaming. Enjoy!

PS3 had the best exclusives and by far the best library, this is a fact. Look at metacritic or gamespot, the result is the same, PS3 wins. And sales of PS and 360 are on par.
Also when is the last time 360 had a good exclusive, let alone a GOTY contender? LMFAO, 360 is dead and sucks, deal with it.
360 will be remembered for one thing, RROD.
Meanwhile PS3 is still going strong and will have a strong 2014 with a ton of exclusives. MS abandoned 360 like a dog.
And have fun with your overpriced, weak, mandatory kinect, casual Xbone 720p cablebox though.
We all know that PS3 exclusives were some of the best games ever made in history of this industry while all other platforms struggled to deliver, no need to start a thread about it.
