PS3 has nothing going for it this year.

It's biggest chance was MGS4. 300 has already secured best movie this year, they might as well just move MGS4 to 2008 so it has a chance. But then Harry Potter 7 would probably beat it out. Poor cows. It's not to late to jump on the H3 bandwagon. Hell, even the Wii. Sony_Casual300 biggest movie of the year :| ? What about:

Just because Sony will make money off of Spiderman 3, what makes you think any of that profit will go towards the PS3? I'm sure Sony knows that when that movie is released for home (DVD/ Blu-Ray) that DVD format will sell way more than Blu-Ray by a landslide. If the PS3 starts to lose more money than it will be able to make back, Sony will pull the plug on the PS3. Think of the PS3 as Sony's side project, if it fails, they still have movies, PCs, Electronics, Music and tons of other resources to keep them afloat. Don't think for a second that Sony is going to dip into their movie profits to keep the PS3 afloat.
