PC Gaming Just Got 25% Better....[and Xbox i guess]

Today a major update to one of the most played games on the PC happened, the game?.....

Now there isnt any games on ps3 or Xbox 360 who do sandbox building any better, This game is one of the best games i have ever played. So i was wondering what you think of it?

I tried the free version a while back, and just didn't 'get' it. I've heard the paid version is better, but I'm not willing to put down money on that assumption.

I didn't like legos when I was younger because I saw no point to them. You build something you might leave it there or you might tear it down start something else. I couldn't find any motivation in continuing to build things so while my other friends played legos I went to play games like star fox and spyro.

The same can be said about minecraft as it's basically the same concept. I admire the game for sucking in so many people to build stuff and explore the worlds but it's just not my type of game. Also I don't think PC gaming is 25% better just because of an update to 1 popular game :P

OH so that's what the Update was?

I updated and I was like "Oh neat title screen!" with like the numbers 110813 which I thought was like the Release Date for the Game which would have been like 2011-8-13 meaning August 8th 2011, but I saw it was like still beta so that couldn't have been right.

I'm going to play this again now that I know there's adventure!

what's funny is that I learned about this game through Hipsters, so really Hipster = Mainstream.

Too bad I went from 110fps with no stuttering to 35-40fps with a lot of stuttering from that update.

This is on a 6950 and Q6600.
