What I like about FC3 is the fact that it looks like the first one. The artsyle for example. It screams FC. The paragliding. Which was awesome in FC, and the tagging of enemies that people complained about. Which is funny, because it was in the first one too.freedomfreak

It's a lot like the first one, even more open. This is a great sequel after so many meh far cry games.:)

I use the tagging all the time, Jason can see enemies through walls because he is awesome like that.

I played one on Xbox and that was rather dissapointing. Was even further removed from the first one than a sequel set in africa...

And Far Cry 2 had a lot of flaws that Far Cry 3 managed to fix.

The sound design in this game is amazing. Even if you don't like dubstep or hate it even I think you can like this choice. I found that those heavy basslines can add to the tension of a situation. Like hearing the loud basses at the same time as the impacts of my grenade launcher during the crop burning was pretty impressive.

Though they could have also gone with other, more suitable music even :P

I wasn't interested in FC3, because of the other mediocre entries. My brother really wanted it though, so I bought it for him. The 360. freedomfreak

I was hesitatant to watch it as well but I'm glad I did.

Well, not glad that I'll soon be parting with $50 - $60 (not sure if I want the Digital Deluxe version or not) but it was certainly an entertaining bit of marketing, to say the least.

I was hesitatant to watch it as well but I'm glad I did.

I'll most likely just go with the non-deluxe version. I really do want to get mine for PC as well, but I can't help but be a little cautious now after finding out how unplayable AC3 was for me. Ubisoft has me very hesitant -- hope it turns out well though.

Man I wish I had a capable rig to run this. I'm currently saving up for a new one but it's going to be about the end of next year before I can save enough to get it. I hoping this looks and runs good on medium settings on my PC, IF that (I'm just above the minimum reqs.....2.4 Quad, 4 gigs, 285 GTX. 8 gig of RAM in the mail but I doubt it'll help much). I am capable of running Crysis though not on high. If anything, FC3 will more than likely still look better than any console version even if everything is not at ultra settings. Lucky bastards.

game is more fun than skyrim, atleast its not pretending to be an RPG like that one did.
