Looking at the Xbox marketplace, it seems it's now 30 dollars, instead of 5.

Bought it like an hour ago. So far it hasn't charged my account and I'm unable to download it.

It just did for mine. Check your "ready to install" section in the "Games" tab.

Game is $5. DLC is $75.
