Nintendo does what Nintendo does, in their own way, on their own timescales and they do it well.

If I recall correctly, only it's storage medium was. Hardware wise, it was a joke by comparison. That's why some multiplats on N64 and PlayStation, the latter's version tends to be either a different game (007: The World is Not Enough), or the same, but the absolute worst (Gauntlet: Legends, Rayman 2).
