I doubt they'll get bought out, Sony confirmed they'd been talking to them a few weeks back. It'll be multiplat imo.

Would be interesting if they did acquire them but given that they're an Indie Developer with (As far as I know) little to no experience I can't imagine they'd pay a lot. Although I'm sure the game would still end up being a PC/Xbox One game. I doubt it would become a sole Xbox One exclusive.

Xbox could use a Star Citizen competitor since no way in hell Chris will put the game on it, plus on the PC side Star Citizen is claiming the Space sim genre and there are already many space sim games, so it most likely wouldn't sell as much on PC since the game seems so similar to what Star Citizen is doing except maybe if it was geared towards lower end PCs
