I have nothing but good memories of playing this game at my cousin's house. But, I'll admit, it's meant to be portable.... (On 3ds)
saddens me they'll release this shit but refuse to release Metroid: Zero Mission even though they release in Japan last July

It's more insulting that they picked the NES Metroid OVER the far superior Zero Mission for a 3DS eShop release.

That's because 3DS eShop doesn't cover GBA games...
Man, Pokemon's been on the eShop since 2013.
Topic title edited for you pedantic fools. :P

It should.
It can't. Technology prohibits it.
@charizard1605: That's why my 3DS can't play Metroid Fusion.
You mean natively, with no 3DS functions enabled?

No they don't, which makes it pretty weird that they had that whole Ambassador's Program thingy with 3DS early adopters that gave them ten GBA games to play on the 3DS, only to go on and put no 3DS games on the 3DS eShop. Good picks too by the looks of it, F-Zero: Maximum Velocity, Mario Kart: Super Circuit, Legend of Zelda: Minish Cap, Metroid: Fusion, Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stone, Mario vs Donkey Kong, Super Mario Advance 3: Yoshi's Island, Kirby & The Amazing Mirror, Wario Land 4, and WarioWare Inc, Mega Microgames.
