No specific date yet, but it says "Early 2017".
Kinda weird since the first game was console exclusive.

Yeah, I think I saw this a couple of months back. Still don't really know what it is, but if it's made by Platinum, I'm keeping an eye on it.

I never played the first one, but the gameplay looks dope in this one.
One of the few upcoming games that I'm definitely buying on day 1.
I can wait. I still have to suffer making it through Nier 1 ; (
y u do dis lol.
I admire the dedication, but damn.
I thought this was confirmed a long time ago.
Woops. In my defence, I searched for the topic and nothing came up.

It was confined since pretty much day1, TC is just half a year late.
Amazing!! Getting it for PC. TLHBO.
Another Exclusive lost for the PS4. TCHBO.
When they announced it they announced it for PS4 + PC day one, now it's a timed exclusive for the PS4 since the PC version comes at a later date. Cows didn't lose anything, instead they gained something.
Nice try though.
PC is the leading platform during Nier automata development, the delayed pc release is probably due to a marketing deal. Devs decided to have a steam version at the very beginning.

We actually start creating our games now on high-spec PCs and then optimize for the different consoles we release on. Since we already thought about releasing on Steam from the get-go, we'd already built the game in such a way that it would play on PC.

Yeah, we knew that all along. There is no doubt that everyone will be getting the definitive Microsoft Windows version. It's gonna ROCK! No need for a port version to the PS.
This news is old but what's new is that they're delaying the PC version. I don't mind double dipping for both versions (or triple if they bring it to Switch as well).
Seems to be Square Enix's fault and not the devs since Taro Yoko told us to ask Square Enix about the release date.
