Probably a lot of bullshit, so expect a downgrade in the final build.
What do you think?

Frostbite and Snow drop. Both EA and Ubisoft developing their top notch engines in a little country called Sweden :)!
This is a tech demo. They're showing what the engine can do with the right hardware. The PS4 and XB1 both use relatively slow GPU's, but they'll try and get as close as they can to the render targets. I don't understand the hate for Ubisoft here. They make amazing games, and they do what they can with the hardware that Sony and MS put in their consoles. If you want better graphics, then why not build a gaming PC?
is this where consolites pretend they havn't bashed MMOs all along? Like they've had to do for indy and vr recently?
oh and best on PC
The Division is not an MMO.

Link? Every time this game is mentioned in an article or by devs they say MMO
This will be so downgraded for Xboner it will look like a 360game:P
honestly, I doubt all of that could even run at 720p on the X1.
If there is no downgrade (which you know there will), it would run 720p 30fps on PS4 , 540P 30fps on X1.
Why some Swedes are doing it? Who's the team behind it?
They did Ground Control and World in Conflict in the past. They also collaborated with Ubisoft Montreal on FC3.

ouh, now all makes sense... but since when is Ubisoft from sweden? I thought they were French...

Ignore the misleading title

David Polfeldt, managing director at Massive, says “We wanted a lighter game than [World of Warcraft]. I’m not calling [The Division] an MMO,” although he’s aware of the similarities. The Division will not, however, feature classes. “We allow you to progress through the skill tree as you refer,” Polfeldt explains. In addition, you can respec your skills at any time, or on the fly.
I also remember Arthur Gies saying the Division is not an MMO on a RebelFM.
It looks great. Since this is primarily an online game played with friends, if you get it on PS4 does that mean you have to still pay the online fee on top of buying the game?

Sushiglutton is right, you're not. Ubisoft Massive is from Sweden.
Any engine demo can look good running on a powerful PC.
That said, after seeing Infamous real ingame gameplay all in real time this engine demo isn't even that impressive.
Of all of Ubisofts studios I trust Massive the most, they have a great track record and if they're given the time I think they could definitely produce something that looks this good. People have moaned about Far Cry 3 being downgraded but that was still a fantastic looking game.

Infamous SS does indeed look very tasty but the lighting and particle effects going on in that Snowdrop demo are insane. There's also some fakery in Infamous's reflections. Look at the pic below, the two blue lights shouldn't be reflecting in that puddle from the camera's angle. The shadow on the girl on the left is also doesn't extend the full way. Tiny little details that overall don't really matter though when playing. Plus Infamous is real time and the Division likely won't reach that tech demo's level of fidelity
Dammit, stop posting InFamous photos here.
I'm trying not to spoil anymore InFamous goodies!
That being said, and off to being on-topic:
I'm going to gladly assume that was all running on a high-end PC and most likely be downgraded - graphically - on consoles.
Technical wise, i'm sure it's all possible on current-gen hardware - just not in the graphical sense.
