It's nice how they make efforts every year for the franchise but I'm not a big enough fan to buy it every year. My cousins are tho.

Unlike EA with the Madden franchise, 2K always refines the NBA 2K series every year and makes some pretty nice improvements, with the exception of 2K14.

2K15 is easily the best basketball sim ever made.

I've had no problems stopping LeBron, it's the explosive PG's like Derrick Rose, Russell Westbrook, Damian Lillard, Kyrie Irving, etc that cause massive headaches.

Oddly enough, Chris Paul (the best PG in basketball) is pretty easy to defend.

Yeah the face scanning is horrendous.....I have to get some studio lighting in my game room. Other than that the game is pretty sick so far.

As a person that plays sports game every year, I hate it when people say it's the same thing every year. That's definitely not true. There are some years that are more similar than others sure. But this year's Madden is a great example of a big jump. Madden 15 is an amazing game. I will be getting NBA 2K15 on PC and can't wait to play it.

@bigblunt537: Dude your going to love it. I'm not even a NBA fan, never really cared about watching basketball, I watch football. But when 2k13 came out,tried it and was addicted. The right stick used for cross overs, the dunking. Even if you don't really like basketball, this game is smooth and plays like a beast. I haven't bought madden in 4 years, but own 2k12 13 and 14 and i don't even watch basketball! I know alot of the players names and stats now just because i got addicted to 2K lol

proof that fun games are fun when they are fun. Any sports game can be fun if it is well made. Doesn't matter if you like the sport or not. I know a lot of people who play fifa religiously and barely watch soccer lol

Yeah man I bought a Nuggets hat just because I love crushing people who pick the heat with Ty Lawson lol I even started watching games last season just because of 2K. By far my favorite sports game

trust me dude it's nothing different, only little new features and some roster draft. i'm a nba fan myself.. i only get nba games every 2-3 years

I bought NBA 2K15 day one and I am loving it. To those who said they wish that 2K still made football games.... me too... until that day (which I believe will come again) NFL 2K5 will always remain the best football game ever made.

I am loving the spacing in 2K15, and calling for a pass actually works sometimes in My Player mode. I don't like how they don't have the classic games, but other than that it is a great game. My character currently plays for the Bucks which needs to change soon. I want to go for a large contract with the Rockets or Bulls. I haven't played online yet, but it HAS to be better than that lagfest FIFA 15.

I got 2k12 and i loved it...i loved it so much that i might get this one and i never get a more than a few sports games let alone from the same series.

2K13 was great, 2K14 was crap compared to it.

Not getting this until i see what Live 15 has to offer, they must have woken up after last fail.

I wasted hours on trying to face scan but I love the game. It just sucks that I cant really find time for both NBA 2K15 and FH2. Its a great problem to have, but a problem nonetheless. And Sunset Overdrive is right around the corner, then the Halo Collection. SMH....

I actually love the way it feels... the thing I hated about 14 was the fact that sometimes the ball would NOT be passed to you regardless of how much time was left, or you simply saw another open man and wanted to pass to him. It is also a cool feature (albeit time consuming) to get called into the game a before possession switch. My only complaint so far is he fact that although you can call for a pass that the CPU only passes when it feels like it... this gets annoying when they hold the ball for the duration of the shot clock in vital situations when you don't have a lot of time to waste, or you are wide open. I also love the new shot meter... it gives another dimension to the game that makes it slightly more difficult, but also opens up many new opportunities, including fine tuning shots like the fadeaway and cross step.

They would if EA didn't own the NFL license. 2K Sports did make a football games using retired NFL players a few years back. It was called All-Pro Football 2K8.

The game wasn't too bad, but was missing the Franchise mode that was in ESPN NFL2K5. So you could only play one season or an exhibition game. I got a copt of this on EBay for like $15.

As for NBA 2K15. I have no plans on paying $60 for this game. Last game I paid $60 was for NBA 2K13 and the game sucked. They added the awful VC microtransction and completely ruined the game. The CPU would once again cheat and get a large amount of OR while your teammates just stood around and watched. NBA 2K14 on XB1/PS4 also sucks. Missing lots of content and is completely unrealistic. CPU team shoots over 60% most of the time and you CPU controlled teammates lack any kind of defense. They will just let the CPU player run by them for easy layup. No one rotates over to help at all. If you drive to the basket the CPU's team will have everyone try to stop you. Game is just BS. NBA 2K11 and NBA 2K12 are still the best version I've played in the series. I'm still playing NBA 2K12. I'm in my 5th season.

Game is fantastic, besides the server issues first two days, I cant find anything else to complain about. The improvement to gameplay is very appreciated, its a slower pace which is more realistic.
