Confirmed via Nintendo direct.

April 1

  • Super Mario 64 (N64)
  • Yoshi’s Island DS (DS)

April 9

  • Yoshi’s Touch & Go (DS)
  • WarioWare Touched (DS)

April 16

  • Donkey Kong 64 (N64)

April 23

  • Mario Kart DS (DS)

April 30

  • Paper Mario (N64)

Nintendo 64 games will cost between $9.99 and $12.99 USD. If you already purchased a specific N64 game on Wii Virtual Console, you can upgrade to the Wii U version of that game for $2 USD.

Nintendo DS games will cost between $6.99 and $9.99 USD. Both will offer support for custom control configurations, but DS games, specifically, will offer multiple dual screen setup options between the GamePad and TV. N64 games that support the Rumble Pak will receive similar functionality on the GamePad.

Super Mario 64 and Yoshi’s Island DS will launch today at $9.99 USD. Nintendo revealed its N64 and DS Virtual Console release schedule for the next few weeks. Check it out below.

DK64. Oh yeah...Now make a new DK game with the same kind of gameplay. We NEED something like that. Maybe on the NX? PLEASE, Nintendo, PLEASE.

I should also say that we'll be able to play DS games with the top screen on the TV, and the touch screen on the gamepad...Like this;

All we need are the DS Pokemon games. Playing DS games on the big screen with the Gamepad...Dreams really do come true...

Also...N64 games on the NEW3DS please.

None. I have a N64, and my 3DS plays all DS games. I guess others have asked for this, so good for you,

How about no. I am a huge pokemon fanboy. One of the biggest. Have you seen how pixelated Black and white are when you play them on a 3DS XL. Now you want them on a 50" TV? That sounds like a recipe for disaster.

I want Pokemon, but that's not even appeared on the 3DS VC, so I doubt that will happen.

@inb4uall: Then they can upscale it so it won't look so pixely. (If that would work.)

Pokemon Emerald's graphics looked way worse, and it was just fine of the GC. You don't understand how badly I've wanted to play the handheld style games at home on my TV.

If it doesn't, then that's too much bullcrap for me to handle.

Unfortunately, that would require third parties and Nintendo to stop going at it. Because of that (and their desecration of the Legends/Old Expanded Universe as canon), I fear Disney won't allow the four N64 Star Wars games (Shadows of the Empire, Rogue Squadron, Episode I Racer, and Battle for Naboo) to be on there EVEN in time for ANY of the new Star Wars films.

Too little, way too damn late. N64 should have been there on day one. It just being available now is pathetic.

I don't think I'm going to rebuy these games again on Wii U VC tbh.

Oh, I loved the Episode I pod racing game. I haven't played that game since I was little, so I don't know how well it's aged.

I want Nintendo and SE to put their differences aside long enough to bring the Dragon Warrior DS games to the VC. I'd love to play Dragon Warrior 4 with the comfort of the gamepad.

Maybe the Mario Party trilogy for nostalgia. :P

Danky and Paper Mario at first... but not a fan of $13. May do it anyways though. I've played older games for a similar price.

I kind of feel the same way. But if you want to use 2 or more players for certain systems or if the controls feel uncomfortable it might be a good idea to buy the real thing.

I'd like to see Road Rash 64 or Extreme G and other N64 games.

I still don't get why they didn't go handheld VC on 3DS and console VC on Wii U.

It makes sense.

But Nintendo never makes sense when it comes to business practice.

Wasn't going to but ended up getting Mario 64. It's astonishing how great this game looks and sounds. A true classic. Sony and Microsoft are stuck in the past. When are they going to catch up to 1996? Probably never.

Well I got Jet Force Gemini (which Rare STILL hasn't released for XBLA) for about $7 (US; that's including the price of the game and Amazon shipping).

I'd love Jet Force Gemini but it's not going to happe

Paper Mario is my other favorite N64 game so I'm happy with that.

For DS, Spirit Tracks, Bowsers Inside Story, Fire Emblem Shadow Dragon

Now just get Gamecube games on this thing and it's a done deal
