The executives have been fairly toxic. A change was needed.
As for the structure, it's just too early to make any real changes. They need to see how it operates from the inside first and look at the issues. But they'll probably treat them like Zenimax and keep them semi independent.
You won't see any real changes at ABK for a couple of years I predict.
I anticipate alot of restructuring from both sony and Microsoft this coming year. The leak from the insomniac hack shows Sony's looking to cut 50 to 75 people from insomniac and close a studio to re-allocate resources.
