[UPDATE] Microsoft has released a statement on the matter, saying that it has not in fact scrapped the plan to allow all Xbox One retail units to be used as development kits.
"The comments today were inaccurate. We remain committed to ensuring the best possible solutions for developers and hobbyists to create games for Xbox One. We will share more details at a later date."
Updated
They didnt say "XBone will double as dev kit". They are dancing around the subject.
Ignorant Cows have been owned once again. Hilarious!! misterpmedia always trying to post something negative about the Xbox One. This isn't even something XB1 gamers really cared about to begin with, yet this fool brings it to SW and it once again backfires on the moron. lmao!! Then when Microsoft actually comes out and says the Sony fanboy sites is completely wrong, cows try to damage control it. lol!!

Despite the apparent debunking i don't think we'll ever see this come to fruition, another porky from MS just like free dedicated servers for all games.
You do realize that the use of Microsoft's dedicated server is strictly up to the developers and not Microsoft right? If a developers doesn't want to use their dedicated servers, there's nothing M$ can do about it. Microsoft offers free dedicated server to all developers. If you thought every developer would use them, they you seriously are living in Fantasy Land. Get your facts straight.
