As the title reads.

My own nomination.

Bulletstorm murdered my senses, pulled them out, shoved them in my arse, then pulled them back out and sprayed my monitor with it. And hell, i enjoyed every second of the experience.

A definite GOTG candidate.

Fan made video i put together for the occasion.

Too Human. It's been years since I've played, but I had so much fun with it.

Dat wob!

And for me, hmm, I guess MAG was rather underrated, loved that game.

A game everybody shit on, but I loved, was Silent Hill Homecoming.

I'd like to run through it again but I sold my PS3 a while ago. Hopefully it will be downloadable from PSN on PS4 for like $10...

Alpha Protocol?

Do you mean a game that wasnt as highly rated as it should be or a game that didnt get the attention it deserved?

Most under-rated game is Nier: It has like a 65 metacritic score and its a top 5 game of its genre.

Most under-appreciated game is Vanquish: Best shooter i've ever played.

I guess games that were just shunned by all people, games that were forgotten about or had a bad release due to a different game releasing at the same time.

Actually yes, the characters are very well done, and have great animations that provoke a bit of realism.

Bad "fix" lol i wouldn't say "but" after being negative, say 'but' and be negative some more.

@Flubbbs: always wanted to try it and forgot it even existed

In terms of sales? Lost Odyssey, shame that could have been a good franchise ....

In terms of system wars? Gta 4 and every COD after WaW

Valkyria Chronicles and 3D Dot Game Heroes.

#21 Posted by lundy86_4 (44497 posts) -

Apparently i've not played many of these. Nier was decent. Interesting story, but the rest was damn mediocre.

#22 Posted by PhazonBlazer (11994 posts) -

Assassin's Creed 3, at least by the people here.

Kameo

Splinter Cell Conviction... Eff the haters... That game was mad fun and double agent proved the formula was in need of change. Conviction was excellent.

Hard Reset is one that comes to mind. Really creative shooter with great visuals too and tight gameplay

Also Don't Starve. What a great little indie game that is

Speaking of indie games, i really enjoyed Little Inferno, very calm game that makes use of subtlety.

One of the most intense multiplayer games around. Damn shame the community isn't active anymore.

The Last Remnant

#35 Posted by Zassimick (7367 posts) -

My top pick has to be Halo 4. The game made me feel more like a hero than any games before or after. It was intense, fun, beautiful, and the best part of the entire game was the soundtrack. Probably the best soundtrack of any game in my opinion. But the game gets a lot of hate from fans of the previous entries. It's my opinion though that 343 did a better job than Bungie ever did with the series.

Castlevania: Lords of Shadow - solid gameplay with amazing atmosphere

Prince of Persia - beautiful game. sure, a bit easy and short but a wonderful experience.

Mirror's edge deserved to be hyped like other large franchise, a real classic that's for sure.

I can only think of Dragon's Dogma. That's one of the only games I'd really like to have seen on PC so the shitty low-res graphics could be fixed.

#50 Edited by Joedgabe (5134 posts) -

Valkerya Chronicles... even though it wasn't really under rated.. it was just that good....
