I didn't saw a thread about this, but a new guest character has been revealed for the upcoming Mortal Kombat X

What do you think...more preorder DLC, companies are desperate for the quick cash this days.

A lot of casuals in this thread that have no idea, lol. This isn't on disc DLC, as a matter of fact the only reason Tremor made it as DLC is due to a petition, but I don't expect any idiot on System Wars to keep up with the MK community.

To be honest I would prefer everyone to stfu that doesn't keep up with that community because SW's is full of the most ignorant people I've ever seen. It takes something to play fighting games a lot of you casuals do not have. Keep crying for games like Skyrim 2 and COD 19 because that's where you belong.

DIdn't enjoyed that much the gameplay in MK9 but the production values, the story and the attention to details were top notch, besides the game was madly fun with friends, so i have to say, i'm getting hyped for this.

Tremor is a character from MK:Special Forces.

Tanya is a character from MK4

LMAO, someone from the MK community calling out casuals, that's cute.

Unfortunately welcome to Next Gen gaming... None of those characters can be unlocked from completing tasks in game, only through $$$... Sad really.

I am most excited about Tremor. I like the Earth element and a ninja based on it was long overdue however I'm old school so of course Jason and Predator are great additions just dislike the pay to unlock business structure that gamers bought into.

If it legitimately DLC and not On Disc Day 1 DLC then maybe I'll bite (depending on the price of course)

I'm very slightly excited about MK9 and that content is not enough to make me get it day 1

I'm gonna be ording this as soon as possible. It's $80.99 on Xbox one for pre-order and that gives you Goro, Jason Vorhees, Tanya, and Tremor. The special 3 additional skins for select characters that comes with each DLC guy and the Samurai Skin pack....I'm down with that lol

Tanya is from like MK4. Tremor is from the PS spinoff were you played as Jax.

Hmmm i can hold my own if that's what you're asking...but i didn't put that much time into it, the game (MK9) kind of get's shallow after a while...is pretty fun playing it casually with friends, like really fun and the story is arguably the best one ever on a figthing game, but acting like MK is anything like...deep or not suited for casuals is...well simply not true.

@madsnakehhh: Well, of course it's more suited towards casuals. I won't deny that, but MK games are deeper than people think. The problem is that people compare the series to something like SF, which play completely differently.

@Lulu_Lulu: meh, I'm just passionate about fighting games. It's basically all I play. "Hardcore" isn't the word for it. I'm sure there is a genre you play that I barely touch, so I could easily say the "hardcore" high school line as well.
