I disagree. The art style of Cyberpunk leans towards realism, whereas the Mist Of Pandaria leans towards the opposite, but in terms of actual graphical complexity, Mist of Pandaria Cinematic wins.
MIsts of Pandaria, obviously. Cyberpunk was good but Blizzard is on another level when it comes to CGI trailers. The animation, voicework, and music were superb and showcase the best in the industry.
I'm excited for Cyberpunk and have no interest in Mists of Pandaria.... that said, only a blind man could think the Cyberpunk trailer was even close to Blizzards CGI work. When it comes to CGI trailers.... Blizzard is 2nd to none.

I wasn't serious, I think the Cyberpunk vid is the most overated piece of generic sci-fi I have ever seen. People praise it like it's a new Messiah or something, it's silly. I thought it was pretty stylish and set a decent tone for the game, yet after playing Human Revolution I don't really see what sets this apart. I'm still excited for the game since it's CDPR.

MoP's cinematic had better animation, better voicework, better original music, and simply looked better, even if it's stylized. This really isn't debatable.
