think about it what if sony decided to bring TLOU, beyond, gt6 and others to ps4 launch instead of ps3.

Those games were made for PS3, because there's way more PS3s to support game sales than with PS4. Most launch titles are multiplats on PS4 because that way there's a lot more sales for the game developers. PS4 needs to sell a lot more for game devs to make exclusive games for it.

Any real gamer would like a PS4 over X1 simply because it's built with much better gaming hardware and X1 is built at a sacrifice to games for the sake of TV and other entertainment on it.

If they match the American launch in Europe (1 million), then they will instantly have an attractive ecosystem for developers. If they do it again in Asia, third parties will be locked and loaded.

Better than Sony fans who are paying for the PS3 with better graphics, lol. And as far as apologies go, Cows have extended their hearts and mouths to Sony for years over the PSN fiasco, being told to get a second job to afford the console, and a ton of outrageous claims the cell never lived up too. All in all we've forgiven both companies so long as they delivered a product we like.

PS4 launch lineup is worse then XB1, that's for sure. At least XB1 got a AAAE and many of their main exclusives had decent scores.

Microsoft is still supporting the XBox 360. They have over 100 games being released for Xbox 360 between now and 2016.

whats sad is the 360 outsold the ps3 in every month but one in North America despite those highly westernized games appearing on PS3 and nothing appearing on 360.

I'm content with PS4 being the dominant console. Sony will always have better studios than Microsoft so I'm not worried about the AAAEs. Forza franchise is on a steady decline with dat 82 metascore. I was disappointed in Killzone, but PS4 only had 2 retail launch games.

Btw I'm enjoying all my multiplats that are superior to the Xflop versions. What resolution is ACIV on Xbone..720p?

Sony did a good thing by supporting their console with great games all year up until the launch of their new system.

That instills a kinda faith that this will happen again. Great original games for years and years to come.
