Microsoft:
Gears of War - 9.6
Halo 3 - 9.5
Forza 3 - 9.5
Halo Reach - 9.5
Sony:
Uncharted 2 - 9.5

1. Is this like a list of exclusives or something? Cause if it isn't, you are missing quite a bit. If it is, then MS only has 3 games that are 9.5.
2. What was the point of this thread?
Boom./end 9.5 is AAA 9.0 is AAA there is no Plus, unless we start System wars 2,Sony has more AAAA games than microsoft

Yup.
Arbitrary limitations are fun TC!
When System Wars argues about the number of AAA games on each system, isn't that an arbitrary limitation? Some people also look at number of AA games on each system. I'm going in the opposite direction by looking at the number of 9.5 rated games.[QUOTE="lundy86_4"][QUOTE="Diviniuz"]Sony has more AAAA games than microsoftspacesheikh

You just further limited it for no point that I can see :?
Why not just stick with AAA? Or does that not serve the same purpose as they're fairly even? Why not limit it to AAAA?
Sony is leading in AAAA games.UpJTBoogieThere is no difference in quality between games that get a 10 and games that get a 9.5. Remember GTA4 got a 10.

I hate using great games to fight against other great games, but the TC logic was too good to pass upCompletely agree. Just go off total counts for exclusives and be done with it, because at the end of the yda, who cares? They're so close it's just boring :P

its almost like both consoles have an amazing library of games and neither is terrible, but that can't be true! everyone in system wars tells me other wise![QUOTE="spacesheikh"]And 3 of those are highly overrated. Yea, Gears of War, Halo 3, and Uncharted 2!Microsoft:
Gears of War - 9.6

Halo Reach - 9.5

Well I guess if it wasn't this way, then System Wars would be General Games Discussion 2... A whole lot of boring :P
Still, some posters over do it, hence this thread.

They have 2 games and Microsoft has one. MSG IV and GTA IV. Neither game deserved to be "AAAA". I would go so far as to say, Gamespot made a mistake. They are only human though, so it happens. Happens with Halo Wars. Happened with Demon's Souls. Seems to happen a lot on Gamespot site, which is why I don't use their reviews for a source of information.[QUOTE="kuraimen"]And 3 of those are highly overrated.lundy86_4
Not that I agree with the TC's limitations, but the matter of a game being overrated is simply on a person by person basis. You feel they are, many obviously don't.
System Wars is all about limitations, I'm sorry to tell you. When we compare consoles, only exclusives count, and we omit "console exclusives" like Left 4 Dead. How come? Doesn't that game enhance the 360's library in comparison to PS3? Isn't that an arbitrary exclusion?[QUOTE="lundy86_4"][QUOTE="Diviniuz"]Sony has more AAAA games than microsoftblackace

The point was that both limitations were nonsensical and pointless.
GS may make some mistakes on reviews IYO, but regardless, those are the review scores they both received.

Limiting to exclusives makes sense, as they are not available for the other systems (and PC/360 and/or PC/PS3 games can be brought up in most cases).

Welcome to System Wars, where we make arbitrary exclusions. If you haven't noticed, we don't compare libraries on system wars, we compare scores.[QUOTE="lundy86_4"][QUOTE="kuraimen"]And 3 of those are highly overrated.spacesheikh

It seems more that you are on the making up arbitrary exclusions by leaving out the PC.

Certain exclusions make sense, I haven't seen you make sense or explain your reasoning yet. Why not stick to AAA which is a category as set forth by GS?

Don't try to change the mind of a delusional fanboy, no good can come forth of it.

Give me the reason Gamespot grouped together AAA, AA..etc.

That arbitrary limitation has become a standard. It's not really arbitrary when it was a rule set forth to be used by the posters here.
So why not answer the question that I just asked you? Why not just use AAA?
