Fox Engine is not just for MGS.

PES will also use it and is a multiplat series.

Yes, Fox engine is meant for current consoles, next gen consoles and PC.... doesnt mean that all the games will be multiplat, but the ability to "easily" do so is there.

I'd love it. Though I hope MGS goes back to it's roots. It became so "out there" that suspension of disbelief was difficult.

No, he just said Fox Engine would be more suited for multiplatform development, while his previous engines always mostly catered to a specific platform.
