The game is no longer a Sony exclusive. Coming to PC and PS4 in 2015. Also coming PS3 and Vita.

One Piece: Pirate Warriors 3 is an upcoming Japanese action video game, currently in development by OmegaForce, to be marketed by BandaiNamco Games for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, PlayStationVita, and now Steam as well.

Everything is coming to PC nowadays : D
