I don't understand why the anime console people JRPG people focus on these titles, the MMO is a million times better than the last 25 Final Fantasy titles.

I say its worth it if you liked any of the other 13 games.I enjoyed the whole saga.Wasint perfect but still enjoyable.

My friend, the MMO is a garbage genre of video games that deserves to die in not one fire, but two.

That's nonsense but I'll be buying it. Sub $30 is how much I've payed for all games in the XIII series and I've considered it money well spent.

FF14 is actually a pretty fun game

so I gave it some serious thoughts and I think that even at $25 I'm not gonna get it. It seems like I'll end up passing up on the game all together.

I just grabbed Persona 3 Portable for $4.99 so my RPG needs are set for sometime.

I do kind of wanna play this, but not soon enough I can't wait for the next sale.

I would buy the game for less than that just doesn't seem worth it. They should have rid the game of those monster encounter sequences feels to limiting in battle and the camera looks clunky. Something like Kingdom heart would have been much preferred.

Actually the battles are amazing for this game. I think it has the best combat out of all FF games. You customize all you want and you can do all your moves instantly. The game also has the atmosphere of an MMO world but with the benefits of being single player such as you can kill all the monsters in the world.

I have said this before will say it again. Square Enix pretty much killed any affection I had for the genre. Recently I refound that affection with Ni No Kuni ( also a PS3 Digital deal. ) and I am not going to let Square Enix destroy that again.

When S-E starts paying me to play LR:FFXIII, then maybe I'll consider it. It'll likely depend on what else is available at the time.

"masterpiece"... Umm... really? It's funny the only thing about the lightning games that was any good was the improvement on combat. But even then the giant shit pile of writing, for all three completely ruined any chance of me even willing to play them. Which is odd because the reason I enjoyed the previous games so much before 10 was the writing and stories but not anymore.

if you have time to waste it'd be better to invest it on playing a classic like Chrono Cross or Suikoden. You won't regret it like you would if you played one of the FFXIII games.
