Let's predict the reactions to the Nintendo conference!

I expect Nintendo to firebomb with everything they got.

....but it can be construed as not competing and/or conceding, as many view it. Not exactly the message that needs to be sent right now. But then again, we are talking about Nintendo here.

I don't care what Nintendo has if there's no Metroid I'm going to be disapointed.

Probably going to be an hour long "sigh" by everyone in attendance. Occasionally nintendo will surprise a person, but it's damn rare these days.

I expect extreme levels of butthurt and Nintendoom theories to plague the online forums. I'd love to be wrong.

I think most peoples reactions would fall into the "No fucking way!" the reason for said outburst? well that is up to Nintendo ;)

I feel sad and feel pity for Nintendo but this is what they deserve. I hope they get a reboot and come back. It's not happening this E3 though.

It depends, maybe they could announce a new Zelda, Metroid, Star Fox, have video and release info on Smash Bros, Bayonetta 2, Project X, SMT x FE, Fatal Frame, and maybe the greater community of gamers would still give them shit, or maybe they won't, we'll just have to see. Just half that would make my day.

I hope they at least show us some Persona Q content and promising 3DS titles. Personally I feel the best thing Nintendo could do for the 3DS is promise to try to get much of the DS library on the eShop as possible for a nominal price per title, highly doubt that will ever happen but that'd be an awesome announcement if it ever happened.

Nintendo is going to knock everyone's socks off with their internet video, and all of the haters will immediately go buy Wii Us and join the Nintendo Fun Club. The Nintendo praise will be shouted from the rooftops for days and nobody will even bother watching the Sony and Microsoft conferences because they will be so amazed at the quality of Nintendo's video that they are going to watch it on loop for 2 weeks straight. President Barack Obama will see the video and invite Mr. Iwata to the states to make him honorary king for a day. June 10 will forever be known as Nintenday and nobody will have to go to work on that day again. It's going to be glorious.

Meanwhile, people are going to get so ticked off at Sony and Microsoft for charging them hard-earned money to play games that haven't even been released yet on their own internet connection. They are going to get so ticked off that they are going to post a lot of mean nasty things on the internet. Then the deep web is going to read those words and it's going to get ticked off, too. Then it is going to alert Skynet and the terminators will come for Sony. They won't stop there, though. Sony has doomed us all. The wealthiest inhabitants of this planet will occupy a terraformed space station and everyone else is going to be robot food. They will harvest us and use us for fuel. Our only hope is that one day maybe some super breed of ape can beat the terminators and they will let us come back home.
